Also, Efrij... errr, Jim (the other name is just too... well, girly) is great! Ms MacAlister is obviously familiar with the magnificent breed that is the Newfoundland (R.I.P. Mikey.)

great characters
Good book funny story. Love the series.
Katie MacAlister writes very funny romances. They'll have you giggling and blushing. This series is a lot of fun, be sure to read them all from the beginning to get all the inside jokes.
I really enjoyed the dragon series. They were comical, fun to read, easy to read and just took the mind off everyday situations. The various colored dragons and their mates made it interesting to see who was the hero in the stories and who was the villain. Just plain fun. Where can I get my own dragon??
Katie MacAlister is superbly imaginative. Her worlds are unlike any others. My favorite part of her books are her unlikely heroines. They are all overweight and over the age of thirty. (Thank you Katie!) Katie proves to us all that you don't have to be nineteen and a size one to get a HEA. I recommend all of Katie's books very highly. They are all light and funny and the kind of material you get lost in. Page turners form beginning to end.
This is the second book of the Silver Dragons series. I love all of her characters. I'm always inpatient when I have to wait for the next book to be published. If you asking me, start reading from "Ashling Grey, Guardian" series, because a lot of the characters were introduced there and all of them are very fanny, sensual and enjoyable. All Katie MacAlister's books are easy to read from the very first page of the book. Her books are like fine chocolate. You just want to read more. I love her Dark Ones books as well.
I'm not sure what the previous reviewer was referring to but I purchased this on and it was just fine and in order (perhaps they went back and corrected it within the last few years). My only complaint of the book is that there was a bit too much going on as is common for this author. I mean, really, how much can one girl take? Is it necessary that your main character has to deal with being bound to a demon lord, being forced into being said demon lord's consort, being a wyvern's mate, breaking a rival wyvern away from the imprisonment of the reigning prince of Abaddon... all on top of dealing with your dizzy twin sister and the various problems she manages to get herself into? Granted, May is not half as annoying as Aisling but she seems to have the same penchant for creating problems.
